Kansas Tax Reform Proposal
(OurTaxingTimes) Gov. Sam Brownback's State of the State Address last night proposed some changes to Kansas's income tax system. His plan proposes to reduce tax rates and eliminate most deductions and credits for individuals. Business taxes could also be eliminated.
