Attorney General Issues Memo to Immigration Courts
(Migrations) In response to many newspaper articles citing reports of Immigration Judges mistreating immigrants, the Attorney General issued a memoranda on January 9, 2006 stating that he would be conducting comprehensive review of the U.S. Immmigration Courts.
