Man with one leg and no arms outruns cops
(BlogOfStupidity) At 13, Michael Francis Wiley lost both arms and part of one leg to a high-voltage wire. He taught himself to drive, but at age 40 has so many driving violations that it is a felony for Wiley to get behind the wheel.
