Video: Ohio unemployment hits 3-year-low
(bnet.com) Ohio's unemployment rate is down. Growth in manufacturing, transportation and other sectors has helped drop it to its lowest rate since December 2008. But as Michelle Miller reports, some cities in Ohio are still struggling to get back to work.
