New Festival celebrating French cuisine
(About.com) It had to be France when UNESCO handed out the honors for national food and cuisine. The French cuisine award has become part of UNESCO's 'World Intangible Heritages', joining the Royal Ballet of Cambodia and Mexico's Day of the Dead Festival.
