Dix Hills cyclist killed; motorcyclist charged with DWI
(AM NewYork) Matthew Scarpati, an avid cyclist, had recently discovered the bike path that runs along the Wantagh State Parkway and regularly ventured out from his parents' Dix Hills home for the scenic ride.
