Sen. Dodd urges quick action on financial reform
(Reuters) WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Senate Banking Committee Chairman Christopher Dodd on Tuesday said Congress needs to fast track financial reform despite Republican pleas to slow down the process to rewrite sweeping new rules.
