LTE-Advanced gets the go-ahead, but don't expect faster 4G as a result
(InfoWorld) The 4G network standards approved last week by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) stadards body may improve the mobile data experience soon, even if consumers don't actually see the 100Mbps mobile speed for which they were designed.
