(CBS News) In his only one-on-one TV interview, Suffolk County Police Commissioner Richard Dormer shoots down the idea that Shannan Gilbert is a victim of a serial killer. In fact, he tells '48 Hours'' Erin Moriarty that doesn't even believe she was murdered.
