Hamas Says Banks Afraid of Transfers
(Washington post) RAMALLAH, West Bank -- Banks fearful of U.S. retribution are preventing millions of dollars in foreign aid from reaching the Palestinians, the Palestinian finance minister acknowledged Tuesday.
